Another smoothie experiment ...

Tonight, after getting home I felt like making another smoothie experiment using this time Vitasoy's Oat & Quinoa "milk" instead of soy "milk". It was good enough to warrant sharing the recipe so here it is:
  • 1 cup of Oat & Quinoa milk (Vitasoy brand)
  • 3 tsp of Flax/Chia meal (grounded seeds, 50/50)
  • 3 small plums
  • 1 medium banana
Blend till smooth and enjoy!
